When you upload receipts, invoices, photos, certificates, transfer documents, chat screenshots, or similar proof materials, we process them to support record creation, record history, and related platform functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you have the right to upload the material,
  • the information is lawful to provide,
  • the material does not unnecessarily include sensitive personal information,
  • any third-party information included in uploads may lawfully be processed through the Services.

6. Ownership History and Transfer Records

SpendVerified may allow users to record updates relating to transfers, handoffs, ownership history, or item lifecycle events.

Information connected to those updates may be retained as part of the ongoing record history. You are responsible for the accuracy of transfer-related information you submit and for deciding whether to share those records with others.

7. Optional Blockchain, Tokenized, and External Record Features

Some SpendVerified features may use public or third-party infrastructure such as blockchain networks, hashes, attestations, tokenized records, or wallet-based confirmation tools.

If you use those features:

  • public wallet addresses and related transaction activity may be visible,
  • certain metadata may be stored on public or third-party systems,
  • records may be persistent and may not be fully erasable,
  • third-party infrastructure providers may independently process related data under their own terms and policies.

Please use those features only if you understand the privacy implications.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, devices, wallet tools, and related access methods.
